    July 2011, Beth and her daughter Zoe are releasing a
    new children's book.  Zoe, A Cool Cleft Kid:  A
    Journey with Cleft Lip and Palate is a fresh, simple
    way of sharing the medical, social and emotional
    things a cleft-affected child typically faces.  Zoe was
    being stared at, had mean things said to her and was
    being bullied at school.  She asked Beth to write a
    book to explain her facial features and that she was
    just a "regular" kid.
